Trolleys: I think it's their windowless-ness combined with the design of them. Unless they're in San Francisco where there seem perfectly appropriate. They strike me as "too Americana" for my own comfort. They remind me of the float in "Animal House." I do totally hear you on tiaras for two year olds. That seems never like a bad choice, really.
